JOB OPENING: Senior System Analyst
Role Summary
As a Senior System Analyst, you will be responsible for the effective management, configuration, administration, and customization of a subset of the company’s applications and technologies for both employees and external business partners. You will assess company-wide operational needs to drive and implement complex business initiatives. Additionally, you will actively search, creatively design, and implement effective methods to enhance and recognize performance related to relevant applications and technologies.
Must Have Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of experience with CRM applications with strong knowledge around administration, customization, automation, and reporting.
- Proven ability to deliver technical solutions using the SDLC methodology
.Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions that meet user needs.

- Analyze, document, and translate detailed business processes into system workflows for developers and QA teams.
- Lead and participate in requirement gathering, prototyping, unit testing, user acceptance testing, and user training.
- Provide frontline support by managing client communication, tracking support issues, and ensuring that service level agreements are met.
- Evaluate systems to ensure they address business requirements, making recommendations to leadership when necessary.
- Assist in business process redesign and documentation for new technology.
- Establish processes, document requirements, and offer data-driven perspectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Science, or Engineering.
- English level: professional or native.
- 5+ years of experience in IT and business process management.
- 5+ years of experience in software development required, preferably in one or more programming languages.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Document Content Management systems, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences.
- Proven problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and performance-driven team player.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs.
